Mission Statement:
"Matt Freight aims to provide high quality export and import services which truly offers a personal 24 hour 7 day per week commitment. This service is attainable due to the fact that all customers are personally supervised by myself as general manager. At Matt Freight Services there are no "big" or "small" customers. Each one is personally attended to with the same care and attention."

History:
The company was established in 1989 by Paul Howard who is also the sole owner and general manager. Operations began from a general office in Botany under the name Matt Customs and Forwarding. During the following years it became evident that a great deal of new business was coming from Sydney's Western Suburbs. In order to fully cater to this new business, Matt Freight Services (West) was formed and also relocated to the Western Suburbs. Most of our clients have been with us from the very early days and include:

• Pharmaceutical company who export to Europe, UK, USA, Middle East, Asia, Africa and the Pacific Region. Also Imports.
• Large electrical company who import/export in the Pacific Region.
• Craft manufacturer who import /export to Asia, Pacific Region and more.
• Family owned and operated businesses that was new to exporting/importing.
• Large International, medium and small businesses.

Because we understand the needs of manufacturers who export/import, the need for up to date information and the difficulties with world time differences OUR office doesn't close. We are available after hours and weekends.
